How renewal works
We do not auto-charge your card. One day before your subscription ends, we email you with a manual renewal link. If you do not renew, the subscription quietly lapses on the expiry date and your child returns to the Free tier. You can subscribe again any time. If we ever change this to automatic renewal in the future, we will ask for your explicit consent first.

If your child has not started any paid missions within 7 days of purchase, email finance@heurister.com with your order ID and we will fully refund you within 7 business days. After your child has played one paid mission, refunds are no longer available because the service has been delivered.
